Ramayana: Rise of a Legend

Ramayana: Rise of a Legend (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is a 2026 Indian film music album associated with Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological epic Ramayana: Part 1. Released on 21 October 2026 under the T-Series music label, the soundtrack features compositions associated with A. R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, bringing together Indian musical traditions, devotional influences and large-scale cinematic orchestration.

The soundtrack draws inspiration from the ancient Indian epic Ramayana and its themes of duty, devotion, righteousness, sacrifice and the conflict between good and evil. Its music accompanies a film starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. Through vocal performances, orchestral arrangements and dramatic musical themes, the album aims to reflect the spiritual and emotional scale of the story.

The soundtrack includes Jai Jai Ram, performed by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal, and Ravana Tandav, featuring Vishal Dadlani. Other recordings include Sita’s Aspiration, Jai Jai Ram (Orchestral) and Rama Theme. These compositions explore different musical moods, from devotional expression to dramatic instrumental storytelling.

Ramayana: Rise of a Legend combines contemporary film scoring with Indian cultural and spiritual themes. Its association with internationally recognized composer Hans Zimmer and Indian composer A. R. Rahman makes the soundtrack a notable musical collaboration. The album is suited to listeners interested in Indian film soundtracks, devotional-inspired compositions, epic orchestral music and songs connected to the Ramayana tradition.
