Ajay Gogavale is an Indian playback singer, music composer and music director, widely known for his contribution to Marathi and Hindi film music. He forms the acclaimed music director duo Ajay–Atul with his elder brother Atul Gogavale.
Born on 21 August 1976, Ajay developed an interest in music from an early age. His work includes film soundtracks, devotional compositions and contemporary songs influenced by Indian classical and folk traditions.
Ajay Gogavale Music Career
Ajay Gogavale began his professional musical journey alongside Atul Gogavale. The brothers worked on advertising jingles, stage productions and independent music before becoming established film composers.
Their music gained recognition through Marathi films including Savarkhed: Ek Gaon, Jogwa, Natarang and Sairat.
The soundtrack of Sairat (2016), featuring songs such as Zingaat, Yad Lagla and Sairat Zaala Ji, became an important part of their musical career.
