Shilpi Raj is an Indian playback singer known primarily for her work in Bhojpuri music. Born on 25 March 2002 in the Deoria region of Uttar Pradesh, she developed an interest in singing at a young age and later pursued music professionally.

Shilpi Raj began her recording career in 2017 with Bhukur Bhukur Light Barab Karejau. The song helped introduce her voice to Bhojpuri listeners and marked the beginning of an increasingly active recording career.
